If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Fire & Fir Candle Co. has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns on any item that is in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to deny any refund to the sender without prior return approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, meaning you will not receive a replacement, refund or have the items returned back to you.
If approved for a return we will send you instruction on how and where to send your package, with the option of local pick up within Winnipeg for a $3 fee. We will then notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time or your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note we cannot guarantee a refund will be processed until the item has been received.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any returned items you are not satisfied with. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund. Only if an item is defective or damaged, will the return shipping cost be covered.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right for you. You may need to either send us a photo or video showing the issue or we will send you a return shipping label to return the item back to us.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged, like custom products, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your issue and request an exchange. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items returned without approval for exchange first, will not be replaced, returned or refunded. Please contact us first.
Items purchased before or after any promotional sale, are not subject to price adjustments regarding sale pricing.
Discount codes must be applied before checkout. Once order has been submitted discount codes cannot be applied.
