How do I trim my wick?

You can find wick trimmers from many stores or online. Simply use wick trimmers to trim your wick to 1/4" before relighting. If you just purchased your candle, the wicks have already been trimmed to the proper length.

Will your candles fill my whole house with scent?

Each size will perform differently, as well as the room or house the candle is in itself will change how strong the scent throw is. Our smaller candles are great for most bedroom and bathroms, but they may not work as well in larger areas like kitchens or living rooms.

Our large 3-wick candle is great for most room sizes. Of course the more space you have, the less scent you will smell. And the less space you have, the more scent you will smell.

Why do I need to burn my candle for 3 hours the first time?

On the first burn, allow candles to burn for at least 3 hours to avoid tunneling. Candles wont always go to the edge and create a full melt pool n the first burn, but it will catch up on the next burn, as candles burn hotter as they get lower.

I burned my candle and now it has a bumpy or uneven top.

Frosting: white crystals CAN FORM on THE sides and top of candles. As time passes, crystals irregularly form, this can be difficult to control once candles are lit and extinguished.

TOPS: soy can set with smooth clean glass-like tops, or with a rough, uneven surface.

The good news is that these are by-productS of natural waxES and do not affect the performance of your candleS!

I didn't burn my candle long enough the first time and now it's tunneling.

No worries, it happens! Soy wax has a "memory" and if your candle is tunneling, the memory needs to be reset. The easiest way to do this is to wrap your candle with tin foil, with it covering the tp opening just enough for the wick to be seen through a hole. Light your wick and it will contain the heat enough to melt the excess wax on the sides without choking out the wick.

What safety steps do I need to follow to ensure the safe burning of my candle?

  • Trim your wick to 1/4" length before every burn.
  • Never leave a candle burningunattended.
  • Do not burn a candle for longer than 4 hrs at a time.
  • On the first burn, allow candles to burn for at least 3 hrs to avoid tunneling.
  • Keep away from children, pets and things that catch fire easily.
