Burn at least 3 hours the first couple of burns to ensure tunneling doesn't occur, though melt pools don't always go to the edge the first burn.

Always trim wicks to 1/4" (0.6 cm) before lighting and keep debris out of wax pool. Place candle on heat-resistant surface, avoiding drafts. Never burn longer than 4 hour intervals. Always burn within sight and extinguish before leaving the room. Don’t burn near things that catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Don’t extinguish with water. Always let wax harden before relighting, touching or moving.

Shipping Policy
We currently only provide shipping within Canada, we hope to expand in the future! Free shipping on orders over $75, use code FREESHIP.
CURBSIDE PICK UP
Curbside pick up is ALWAYS free.
You can also choose to pick up at one of our markets. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order is ready for pick up where arrangements can be made.
Please do not proceed to pick up your order before the confirmation email is sent and arrangements have been made for pick up. You can reply directly to the email once received with a time and date you'd prefer.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Contactless delivery is available in Winnipeg for $3.00, with a minimum order of $25.00. Free delivery for orders over $85.00.
Orders will be left in accessible mailboxes or in hidden areas for larger orders that wont fit, and then you'll receive an email stating it's been dropped off. Currently we pack local orders in paper gift bags, with a sticker to seal it closed. Please leave a note on your order of where you would like your order hidden, otherwise we will find a safe space. If you do not have a mailbox we can access or any safe spots to hide it, or live in an apartment, then please add a note to your order with that information, so we know to contact you when your order is ready for drop off and we can set up a time where someone will be home. We want your package safe from the elements and evil.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If you need your item to be shipped sooner than this, please email info@fireandfir.ca and we can see if your shipment can be expedited. Once your order is ready, you will either receive a notice of pick up or a notification of shipping with tracking number - depending on the method you chose at check-out.
Refund Policy
Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Fire & Fir Candle Co. has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns on any item that is in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at info@fireandfir.ca. We reserve the right to deny any refund to the sender without prior return approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, meaning you will not receive a replacement, refund or have the items returned back to you.
If approved for a return we will send you instruction on how and where to send your package, with the option of local pick up within Winnipeg for a $3 fee. We will then notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time or your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note we cannot guarantee a refund will be processed until the item has been received.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any returned items you are not satisfied with. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund. Only if an item is defective or damaged, will the return shipping cost be covered.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right for you. You may need to either send us a photo or video showing the issue or we will send you a return shipping label to return the item back to us.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged, like custom products, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us at info@fireandfir.ca with your issue and request an exchange. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items returned without approval for exchange first, will not be replaced, returned or refunded. Please contact us first.
SALE POLICY
Items purchased before or after any promotional sale, are not subject to price adjustments regarding sale pricing.
Discount codes must be applied before checkout. Once order has been submitted discount codes cannot be applied.
